Documents Required for Thailand eVisa Application

The following documents are required for both single-entry and multiple-entry Thailand Tourist eVisas.

Since the single-entry eVisa allows several travel purposes, applicants may need to submit additional documents required for Thailand eVisa based on the purpose selected. 

  1. Passport Bio Page Scan: The passport must be valid for 6 months from arrival date.
  2. Recent Passport-Size Photograph: Must reflect applicants current appearance.
  3. Confirmed Travel Booking (entry into and exit from Thailand): Fligh ticket, ship/ferry booking, or any other travel proof. 
  4. Accomodation Proof in Thailand: Hotel booking or invitation letter (if staying with a host in Thailand). 
  5. Sufficinet Fund Proof: Bank statement, pay slip, or any other proof of fund. The minimum balance must be 20,000 TBH. 
  6. Document Indicating Applicant’s Current Location: Residence permit, visa or any official document that clearly shows applicant’s current address and legal status.

Step 1: Complete the Thailand visa application form with required passport and travel details.

Step 2: Upload all the required documents. If more documents are required the applicant will be contacted. 

Step 3: Pay the visa fee using a credit or debit card, paypal or cryptocurrency. 

Step 4: Receive the approved Thailand tourist eVisa on the registered email Id. 

Note: Applicants do not need to visit any embassy or consulate to apply for the eVisa.
